Dear Mr Todd,
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to quote for your proposed forthcoming Reunion .
I have pleasure in detailing the availability and costs, tailored to your specific requirements and enclose up to date information including details of the extensive facilities available at the Norbreck Castle Hotel.

Please take into account that this is just a suggested running order, all our packages can be amended to suit your specifications, and all come with discounted bars for reunions.

Over the past few years the Norbreck Castle has hosted many Forces Reunions including the Royal Artillery, The Russian Convoy Club, and BLESMA - to name but a few!

I trust this covers all details at present and will meet with your approval. I will, if I may, telephone you within the next couple of weeks to discuss your requirements in more detail. However, if in the meantime you have any queries whatsoever, or if I can be of any further assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I look forward to welcoming your reunion to the Norbreck Castle and assure you of my best attention at all times.
