Headquarter Battery
The Headquarter Battery of the Regiment is commanded by a Major
and houses all the attached personnel of the Regiment less for the REME
element who have their own command structure but which comes under the overall
command of the Commanding Officer of the Regiment. All RHQ personnel, Quarter
Master’s Stores, Cooks, Signals and other ancillary personnel all come on
the nominal roll of HQ. Headquarter Battery is the heartbeat of the Regiment
providing personnel and equipment to the other Battery’s in the Regiment
in order that the Regiment correctly carries out it’s designated function.
